By fusing restorative yoga with Thai massage we go deeper into relaxation and restoration, revealing profound states of bodily and spiritual serenity. With our practical approach to learning, this class will give you first-hand experience in seamlessly weaving the safe, compassionate touch techniques of Thai massage into a restorative yoga class. It will also provide greater skill and confidence when making adjustments in any yoga class.   • Give Thai Massage as part of a two-hour Restorative Yoga Class
  • Safely take care of your body
  • Protocols for outstanding student-teacher relationships

Please note that this class focuses on the Thai Massage aspects. We will show the restorative yoga poses and props to use, but it is not a replacement for yoga teacher training that focuses on how to safely and effectively lead restorative yoga classes
