Of course as great as it is to massage while being seated, or to spend quality time on the feet and legs, nothing beats an amazing back massage. Our goal as the giver is to explore ways to ease tension and get out even the deepest knots and to do it in way that truly feels good on our body. So you’ll notice that I change my position regularly and I use many different parts of my anatomy as a massage tool. Typically the more the merrier and that could include thumbs, fists, hands, forearms, elbows, knees, feet, even my head! When I get into a good rhythm with my body just humming along I can’t help but want to massage everyone I meet 🙂
